Need to resume a service that’s on hold? It’s quick and easy! Here’s how:
Log In to Your LEDGERS Account
Start by logging in to your LEDGERS account. If you're already logged in, you can proceed to the next step.Access the Updates Section
On your LEDGERS dashboard, click the Updates button located at the top of the menu bar.Find the On-Hold Service
In the Updates section, you'll see a list of all your services—completed, ongoing, and on hold. Locate the service that’s marked as On Hold and needs to be resumed.
Resume the Service
Once you've found the service, click the Resume button next to it.That’s It!
The service will now resume, and work on it will start immediately.
You’re all set! Resuming services on hold only takes a few clicks, keeping your business running smoothly.
